100% Brown bread Recipe (Aata Bread)

Ingredients

Take 1/2 cup of warm water in a big bowl & mix sugar in it. Now add Instant yeast in the mixture. Stir it & leave it for 10 mins to get yeast rise. Now in another bowl sieve flour & salt and mix the risen yeast mixture.

Using your hand mix the yeast in flour & make it a dough. put the oil in dough & make it soft. the dough should not get teared when you stretch it.

Make a roll of dough & cover the bowl with damp kitchen cloth. keep the dough at some warm place. it will take approx 1.5 - 2 hrs to rise. after 2 hrs punch the dough with hand, make it in a log shape & put it in the greased loaf pan.

Brush the dough with milk & leave it in the pan for 30 more mins. pre-heat the oven to 200 degree C for 10 mins. put the loaf pan in oven & bake it for 20-22 mins.

Once done let it cool completely on rack & cut it in 1/2" width pcs. you will get appx 12-13pcs. enjoy this healthy breakfast with butter, eggs, jam or as you like.
