Ingredients

    Wash & Soak all the pulses & rice for 30 mins.

  • 02.

    After 30 mins. in a pressure cooker put ghee. once hot add jeera & hing. let it crackle

  • 03.

    Add soaked rice & pulses. Add salt, turmeric. Chop tomato, coriander & add peas. Grate ginger & add.

  • 04.

    Put .750 ml water & cook for 3 whistles on high.

  • 05.

    Once cooled down adjust consistency by adding water, prepare tempering by adding hing & dry red chilli in hot ghee.

  • 06.

    Mix & serve hot.
